Weightloss Strategies are principles, when applied promote a healthy fulltime weightloss lifestyle, using techniques and products, which lead to a permanent loss of weight, and maintenance of health and balanced life.

There are 4 main concepts that make up a healthy balanced lifestyle.

These include Cleansing, Exercise, Nutrition, and Spirituality.

Cleansing, and detoxing allows the body to eliminate poisons or toxins, that the body has accumulated over the course of time.Just as a river needs to flow, so as not to become stagnant... so to, you need to eliminate waste on a regular basis, to maintain a healthy body. If you are not eliminating regularly, you are at a much higher risk of getting sick. Cleansing a few times a year, is a good practice, that every one should follow.

Exercise is so important in maintaining optimal health. It is the very best way to develop, and maintain good muscular development. It also plays a major role in controlling metabolism, thus helping us to use the food we intake, for the very best results. Exercise, also produces a strong Cardio-Vascular system, strengthening our heart, and all other organs, of the body.

Nutrition cannot be overemphasized, going to the supermarket we can see just how much junk is available, and how little real food is. Fruits, vegetables, and lean meat, chicken and fish, are about the only real food choices available. The majority of supermarket choices, are laden with preservatives, sugar, fried foods, high in fat, sugar, and simple carbohydrates, such as white breads, which are metabolized into sugar, almost immediately after ingestion. Avoid these items like the plague.

Spirituality, although many times overlooked is as important as all other aspects, in attaining a balanced, healthy, lifestyle. Honoring, and having a relationship with your maker, is a beautiful, life changing experience.
